Organization


We are an open network of people and organizations from all society sectors that organizes itself for sustainability. This network is a space of meeting, learning, creation and spreading of sustainability knowledge and practices.

Dialog, communication and meetings are the natural way towards this network participation. Our schedule is published as a connection tool.

We don´t centralize the control of our organization and actions. What we publish are information, knowledge and practices that can encourage the understanding and the practices of sustainability.

In our learning processes we use tools and methods like human values education, systems thinking, appreciative inquire, study circle and dialog to facilitate the approach and the understanding of sustainability.

Our intention is to nourish the creation of self-sustained communities respecting its culture, values, traditions, rhytm and local peculiarities.


How does it work

  • The sustainability network is organized in thematic networks. Look at section "A sustainable world" to see the suggested themes.
  • Each theme works by the stimulation of its facilitator. For example, the theme energy has a facilitator who stimulates its members to dialog and meet around the interest on the energetic challenges for the sustainability.
  • The individual contribution of people or organization bring to the network knowledge and practices to the sustainability that they had developed.
  • At first, it is not our intention to plan or create new things, but converge what already exists. Although groups that want to study and generate innovations are more than welcomed.

It means the possibility of a more abundant, powerful and resilient creation. By the creating partnerships and net operations, the complementariness and synergy make it possible for us to grow together.

Sensibility - with affectivity and empathy


It is the affectivity with empathy in relationships with other people and with other species of life. We consider social and environmental responsibility, and recognition as sensibility complements.

Learning


Learning means to us the sureness to be still walking and, through dialog. We recognize the possibility to promote  changes of life understanding and perception and of effective actions in the world.

Truth


It includes the idea of ethics and transparency as the basis to create real trust bonds.
